General Provisions

IMPORTANT– PLEASE READ THE CONTENT CAREFULLY

By accepting these Rules, the User acknowledges that all elements contained herein refer to the general terms of service of the platform (Terms of Service). All definitions included in the Terms of Service apply to these Rules.

1. Definitions

1. Workseat Plan – This is an additional subscription service on the Tradeboosters Platform that operates on its own billing cycle, independent from the main Pricing Plan. The Workseat Plan increases the Account limit by one Workseat slot. Under this service, the Client may register or remove a Workseat any number of times, provided the available account limit allows.

2. Workseat Plan Deactivation – Deactivation of the Workseat Plan results in a reduction of the Workseat slot limit on the Account. After cancelling the Workseat Plan, the Platform recommends selecting a specific Workseat for Termination, which will be permanently removed from the account at the end of the billing period, thereby decreasing the available Workseat limit. Deactivation of the Workseat Plan can be requested in the “Plan & Payments” section at the Second Access Level.

3. Workseat Registration – The creation of a new Workseat in the “Manage Workseat” section at the Second Access Level, and the assignment of selected identification and contact details (Workseat name, representative’s full name, phone number, and email address).

4. Workseat Removal – An action performed in the “Plan & Payments” section at the Second Access Level that results in the permanent deletion of selected Workseat and information associated with it (Workseat name, representative’s full name, phone number, email address). Workseat Removal also detaches the Workseat from all added offers and other actions associated with it and recorded under the Account. In such cases, all offers and actions are transferred to the Main Workseat. Additionally, removing a Workseat frees up one slot for Workseat Registration within the Account limit, enabling the registration of a new Workseat.

5. Workseat Termination – An action available only after submitting a Workseat Plan Deactivation request, consisting of designating any chosen Workseat for Removal with the conclusion of the final date of billing period of the Workseat Plan. Failure to designate a Workseat for Termination will result in the random removal of one active Workseat from the Client’s Account.

2. Purchase and Use of the Workseat Plan

1. The Client makes a purchase through the purchase form located in the “Plan & Payments” section within the Second Access Level panel. During the purchase process, the Client chooses the applicable billing period and subscription rate:

a) Monthly billing period – $25
b) 6-month billing period – $120

2. The process is completed by a payment, which activates the Workseat Plan immidiately. The service fee will be collected cyclically at the beginning of each full billing period. The fee paid is non-refundable regardless of how much of the billing period the Client has used, in the following cases:

a) as described in the Terms of Service resulting in the loss of Account privileges,
b) the cancellation of the main Pricing Plan that grants access to the full functionality of the Platform.

3. Activation of the Workseat Plan automatically increases the Account limit by one slot, enabling Workseat Registration. Within the limit assigned to the Account. The Client has the right to freely edit, remove existing Workseats, and register new Workseats, provided the limit allows. When a Workseat is removed, one slot is freed within the Account’s overall limit. In such cases, the Client has the right to re-register a new Workseat in place of the previously removed one. The number of available slots for Workseat Registration is visible in the Second Access Level under the “Manage Workseat” and “Plan & Payments” sections.

3. Cancellation of Service – Rights and Obligations

1. The Client has the right to cancel the Workseat Plan at any time during the current billing period of this Plan; however, the change will take effect only at the end of that billing period. The cancellation must be requested on the Second Access Level under the “Plan & Payments” section. The Client is required to designate any active Workseat for Termination. The designated Workseat will be removed, along with a reduction in the Account’s Workseat Registration limit. If no Workseat is designated for Termination, one of the existing Workseats on the Account will be randomly selected and removed at the end of the Workseat Plan billing period.

2. If any matter concerning this agreement is brought before a court, the user agrees that the exclusive and proper jurisdiction will be the Court in Amsterdam. The user agrees that in every case the applicable law will be the law of the Netherlands.

3. In the event of a complete cancellation of the main Pricing Plan, all active Workseat Plans will automatically be marked for Deactivation. The deactivation of all Workseat Plans will occur at the end of each respective billing period, regardless of the billing period of the main Pricing Plan. The fee for the Workseat Plan billing period is non-refundable, regardless of how much of the billing period the Client has used, in cases described in the Terms of Service resulting in the loss of Account privileges or cancellation of the main Pricing Plan that grants access to the full functionality of the Platform.
