1. Forms Limit – The limit of individual forms available that entitles the user to register a Transport Quote. The number of available forms varies depending on the active Pricing Plan and the actions taken by the Account Users:

a) The limit shall decrease upon the registration of a Transport Quote Form by the activation of the “Submit” button on the form page,
b) The limit shall increase upon the purchase of a Transport Quote Form or through the automatic monthly renewal of the limit based on the active Teamwork Plan.

2. Service Partner – an entity engaged in cooperation with the Trade-Boosters Service and acting as a subcontractor in the provision of services.

3. Transport Quote – A service available either as a paid add-on to any Pricing Plan or as a complimentary element thereof, depending on the case. The service consists of an individual transport cost estimation carried out by the Service Partner and management of the transport process, provided that the User has previously accepted the terms of the quotation. Each quotation is prepared individually based on the Transport Quote Form submitted by the Account User and current market conditions. Quotation values may change over time due to events beyond the control of the Service Partner, as well as market and geopolitical factors.

4. Transport Quote Form – A form submitted by the Client containing details of the transport request, including the type of goods, special transport conditions, pickup and delivery addresses, as well as contact information for loading and unloading. The registration of the Transport Quote Form is equivalent to submitting a request for a quotation to our Partner and the commencement of their work.

1. The Client hereby acknowledges and expressly agrees that, upon making a purchase, the Transport Quote Form may be submitted by any User with access the Account.

2. The User who completes a valid registration of the Transport Quote Form agrees to:

a) provide complete information regarding the goods and any special transportation conditions specified in the form structure, necessary for the accurate execution of the Transport Quote,
b) designate the Workseat responsible for communication regarding the subsequent stages of the quotation process, including acceptance of transportation terms and notification of potential unforeseen events, whether independent or dependent on the parties to the agreement,
c) when necessary, provide additional information and submit documents required for the execution of the quotation or for the management of the transport, if such a need arises from the Service Partner.

3. The Service Partner responsible for performing quotations based on the registered Transport Quote Form agrees to carry out the quotation in accordance with the information contained in the Transport Quote Form and any additional information obtained through other channels (email, telephone, online messenger) from the User. In the event of incomplete information or the need for clarification, the Service Partner undertakes to contact the User designated in the Transport Quote Form via the email or telephone number assigned to their Workseat.

4. The User assigned to the registered Transport Quote Form is obligated to provide additional information or clarify transportation conditions for the goods upon request from the Service Partner. In the event of no response from the User within more than 5 business days or failure to provide key information necessary for the quotation, the Service reserves the right to consider this as grounds for non-performance of the service without any entitlement to a refund of fees paid for the registered Transport Quote Form.

5. The Service Partner undertakes to deliver the completed Transport Quote as soon as possible, but no later than 14 business days from the receipt of the complete set of information required to perform the quotation. The timing and conditions of the quotation depend on the complexity of the transportation conditions and potential external factors affecting the quote, including but not limited to market conditions, unforeseen events, changes in shipowners' decisions, and sudden changes due to geopolitical events or natural disasters.

6. The Service Partner agrees to take all necessary actions to complete the Transport Quote; however, in exceptional circumstances where factors beyond their control prevent the completion of the quotation, they are obligated to inform the User accordingly. The Service further states that this constitutes grounds for non-performance of the service without entitlement to a refund of fees paid for the registered Transport Quote Form.

7. Due to the nature of the service, which is highly dependent on external factors affecting the final scope and cost of transportation, the Service notes that the quotation offer may be subject to change over time. Additionally, the Service Partner commits to informing the Client of any changes in transportation costs and their reasons, and to obtaining the decision of the User responsible for the Transport Quote in each case.

8. The User assigned to the registered Transport Quote Form shall notify the Service Partner of their decision concerning the received quotation within 2 business days; failure to do so may result in a change to the quotation cost.

9. In the event that the User responsible for the registered Transport Quote Form receives a transport quotation offer but fails to respond, the Service hereby informs that:

a) The terms of the original quotation shall become invalid and non-binding due to market changes occurring over time.
b) The User may request a transport quotation from the Service Partner with the same parameters within 30 days from the date of receipt of the first quotation, but no more than once.
c) In the event of a change in transportation parameters, the Service Partner shall individually assess whether to provide a new quotation or require the User to register a new Transport Quote Form.
d) In the case of a second quotation being provided and subsequent loss of contact from the User, the Transport Quote service shall be deemed completed and terminated without the right to a refund of fees paid for the registered Transport Quote Form.

10. The User’s acceptance of the transport quote offer shall be deemed as acceptance of all related obligations, including financial ones, as outlined in the offer by the Service Partner. Concurrently, this acceptance triggers the commencement of transport supervision by the Service Partner under conditions agreed between the Service Partner and the User responsible for the registered Transport Quote Form

1. Purchase is possible through the Client’s interaction with the appropriate interface element on the Second Access Level page. Upon completed payment, the Forms Limit shall increase by 1.

2. Submission of the form occurs by interacting with the “Submit” button on the Transport Quote Form page accessible from the Dashboard and constitutes the registration of a quotation request. From that moment, the case is taken over by the Service Partner.

3. The User assigned to the registered Transport Quote Form shall receive the transport quotation by email directly from the Service Partner.

4. The User makes a decision regarding the transport quotation offer:

a) In the case of non-acceptance of the quotation by the User, the Transport Quote service shall be deemed completed and terminated without entitlement to a refund of fees paid for the registered Transport Quote.
b)In the case of no communication from the User, the Transport Quote service shall be considered completed and terminated without any entitlement to a refund of fees paid for the registered Transport Quote.
c)Upon acceptance of the offer by the User, the Service Partner commits to managing the transport under the terms agreed with the User.

5. The acceptance of the offer and cooperation terms by the User responsible for the registered Transport Quote Form and the Service Partner signifies the commitment to all mutual obligations agreed upon during communications about the transport conditions and transit management.

The Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Transport Quote service may remain unperformed by the Service Partner, without any obligation of refund for costs incurred in relation to the purchase or registration of the Transport Quote Form, under the following conditions:

1. The User responsible for submitting the Transport Quote Form does not provide the Service Partner with all information required for the accurate preparation of the quotation,

2. Prevailing market conditions render it impossible to physically execute the transport of goods between the designated countries,

3. The goods intended for transport are determined to be unlawful or derived from criminal activity.

4. The transport includes the transit of goods to or from countries subject to international sanctions imposed, among others, by the European Union, the United Nations, the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the United States, or the United Kingdom.

5. Circumstances of force majeure arise that prevent the organization of transport on the agreed date and under the conditions specified in the Transport Quote Forms, including but not limited to: changes in carrier decisions, sudden alterations due to geopolitical events, international conflicts, or natural disasters.
